Effective date: 2 October 2026. This policy explains what information
APLA Construction Group Inc. collects through aplaconstruction.com, why we collect it, who it is shared
with, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act
(California Business & Professions Code § 22575 et seq.).
APLA Construction Group Inc. is a licensed general contractor operating in Los Angeles, Ventura and
Orange counties, California. CA Contractors State License Board license #1136359.
In this policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean APLA Construction Group Inc.
‘You’ means a visitor to this website.
The estimate-request form at the bottom of every page on this site collects the following. Only your
name and email address are required; the rest are optional.
| Field | What it collects | Required |
| Name | The name you enter | Yes |
| The email address you enter | Yes | |
| Project type | Your selection: new build, remodel, ADU, addition or commercial | No |
| Budget range | The budget figure or range you enter | No |
| Project details | Free text you choose to write | No |
Please note what the ‘project details’ box invites. The field prompts you for
a lot address, your architect and a target start date. Anything you type there is stored with your inquiry,
so a property address you enter becomes part of the record we hold. Please do not enter
payment-card details, Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, or any other sensitive personal
information in that box — we never need it to give you an estimate, and the form is not designed to carry it.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to
carry out the work. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not use it for
automated decision-making or profiling.
If you contact us directly by phone or email instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us for the
same purpose.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HTN27Z0DXH), loaded
through the Google Site Kit plugin, to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, roughly
where visitors come from, and which device types are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser
(typically named _ga and _ga_HTN27Z0DXH) and processes data including your IP
address, which Google may use in truncated form. We look at this data in aggregate; we do not use it to
try to identify individual visitors, and analytics data is not linked to the inquiries submitted through
our form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google’s
Google Analytics
Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Google’s own handling of
this data is governed by its Privacy
Policy.
This site is served through Cloudflare, which sets a cookie named __cf_bm
to distinguish real visitors from automated traffic. This is a security and service-delivery function, not
advertising, and the cookie is short-lived.
Our web host records standard server log information when a page is requested — IP address, date and
time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. This is ordinary operation of a web server and
is used for security, troubleshooting and fraud prevention.
So that you can rely on what is above, here is what is deliberately absent. As at the effective date of
this policy, this website runs no advertising or retargeting pixels (no Meta/Facebook Pixel,
no Google Ads remarketing tag), no session-recording or heatmap tools, and no
third-party social media trackers. We do not operate a login area, a shop, or a payment page, so we
do not collect passwords or payment-card information through this website at all.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. This site uses only the two kinds
described above:
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not prevent you from
reading this site or submitting the estimate form.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral
advertising. We do not trade, rent or license inquiry data to anyone.
Information is shared only with the service providers that make the website and our business run, and
only to the extent they need it:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid
subpoena, court order or lawful request from a public authority — or where necessary to establish or defend
a legal claim, or to protect the safety of a person.
Inquiries submitted through the form are stored in this website’s database and are also emailed to us,
so a copy exists in our email records. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, where a
project proceeds, for as long as needed for the project, our business records and our legal obligations —
contractors are subject to record-keeping and limitation periods that can run for several years after a job
is completed. Where an inquiry does not lead to work and you ask us to delete it, we will do so (see below).
You can ask us to:
Email info@aplaconstruction.com or call (818) 818-4419 with the email
address you used, and we will deal with it. We aim to respond within 45 days. We will not charge you, and we
will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm you are the person the information relates
to before we act, and we may have to keep information we are legally required to retain — if so, we will
tell you.
California residents: this is the route to exercise your privacy rights with us, including any rights you
have under California law.
Some browsers can send a ‘Do Not Track’ signal. There is still no agreed industry standard for
how a website should respond to one. This website does not currently respond differently to Do Not
Track signals. If you want to limit analytics tracking, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and your
browser’s cookie controls, both described above, are the effective options.
This website is intended for adults inquiring about construction work. It is not directed to children
under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a
child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to the inquiry records is restricted
to the people who need it. No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely
secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is the reason for the request above not to send
sensitive personal or financial information through the form.
We operate in California and this website is intended for visitors in the United States. Our service
providers are United States based or operate globally. If you are visiting from outside the United States,
be aware that your information will be handled in the United States, where data-protection law differs from
that of your own country.
Some of our guides link to third-party websites, including California state statute pages and city
building-department pages, so you can check regulatory information at source. We do not control those sites
and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date at
the top. Where a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will make that
clear on this page, and where we hold your email address because of an inquiry and the change affects you,
we will tell you by email. We encourage you to check this page when you submit an inquiry.
